This class is structured using “Split Programming” techniques that are achievable for all levels of training experience which allows for self-paced, consistent progression through mostly weighted movements.
Classes can be programmed according to muscle-group isolations or the simple Push/Pull/Legs strategies designed for consistent strength progression & muscle adaptation.
Strength Class supplements Empire’s other weight-based Classes like Technique 101, using unconventional variations of typical strength exercises as well as your old-school gym buff lifts!
This class is best suited to beginners up to advanced & very valuable to Crew who have sustained Injuries & require adaptions to their training regime.
