We have the luxury of inviting who trains at Empire to ensure our Authentic Culture is maintained.
You will never be another Number again!
It is our mission to provide customised Class Programs to suit each & every one of our Clients who participate.
There is no Class on Empire’s schedule that is too difficult for any of our Clients to participate in.
All Empire Open Classes are booked using GymMaster – please contact Reception for more information.

CUSTOM PROGRAMMING.
Strongman + Powerlifting Competition Preparation is one of our passions, our Coaching Team love empowering Humans to take a leap of faith to test their limits.
Competition Preparation is a commitment by both our Coaching Team + our Athletes.
All Coaching Clients must apply for a position on the Empire Athlete Squad as the effort our Coaches put in, absolutely must be reciprocated in Effort, Discipline, Instruction Following + “Coachability”.
Programming includes 4 Week Blocks with Weekly Video Check Ins with one of our Elite Coaches which can also be accessed via Online Only.

The Empire Bodyshop is a private sanctuary hidden in Beenleigh boasting the following features;

- Outdoor Private Courtyard – used for Workshops, Functions & Client waiting area between sessions
OPEN CLASSES
- All Open Class Bookings are completed using the Booking App – GymMaster
- All Class Participants MUST be booked in via GymMaster to ensure class sizes are not exceeded
- Class Pass Pricing & Validity Periods are available via this App
- EFTPOS Facilities are available upon request
- Cash is not stored onsite or accepted for Class Payments
All Clients are invited to meet with an Empire Coach PRIOR to participating in any Open Class to prevent class delays caused by the completion of paperwork & site induction protocols.
EMPIRE’S REFERRAL SYSTEM
The Empire Bodyshop pride themselves on cultivating a safe & judgement-free environment for the Empire Crew.
All Empire Crew Clients are referrals by word of mouth. This is how we are able to maintain & protect our safe space.
There are 2 ways that You can join the Empire Crew;
- If You know an existing Empire Crew member or a member of the Empire Coaching Team, get in touch with them & ask them to meet with an Empire Coach.
- Alternatively, contact directly one of the Empire Coaches to have your request to join the Empire Crew, reviewed & attend an Introductory Interview with Empire’s Lead Coach.
