Our specialist Coaching Team work with Elite Athletes, Mums + Dads, Chronic Pain + Injuries, Kids + the Elderly all the way through to those who have never stepped foot in a Gym.

How Empire Started…

Simon & Emma had always been a part of the health & fitness industry, determined to achieve their own personal goals as well as supporting their friends and family to live active & healthy lives.

Through countless years of their own experience within a typical “Gym” environment, they felt that as Clients, as People, there had to be a space that existed that was safe, judgement free & full of the right expertise & advice to take their goals to the next level.

The search for this sacred space where everyone felt included, felt important & had access to the right community & evidence-based advice, was left unfounded.

Simon & Emma, armed with a dream to leave a legacy for their Son JJ to be proud of, created The Empire Bodyshop in February 2016.

The Empire Bodyshop Team’s primary mission is to support a community of people, through their most vulnerable journey of self-discovery – FAD, HYPE & JUDGEMENT FREE.
